As a solo traveler, I felt safe the entire week. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. My city view room was really clean, and I loved the thorough job housekeeping did. Breakfast was fresh with great pastries, and the location is perfect for exploring local shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend! 😊

Check-in process took an excruciating 45 minutes, and the internet connection was utterly unreliable!!! The hotel feels outdated and in desperate need of modern upgrades, especially given the price point. Rules on food in the room are unnecessarily strict!!!

Staff was really helpful,, they went out of their way to provide information about local tours and even warmed up dinner for me one night when I was in a bind. Waking up to that fine lake view every morning just set the tone for my day. It was amazing.
